Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the services provided by Metroplex Locksmith. By using this site or booking service with us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Metroplex Locksmith provides mobile automotive locksmith services — including lockout assistance, key cutting and replacement, key fob and transponder programming, and ignition work — across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. We are a mobile service; work is performed at your location.

Estimates vs. final quotes

Prices given by phone, text, chat, or on this website are estimates based on the information you provide (vehicle year, make, model, key type, location, and time of service). The final price is confirmed by the technician on-site after verifying your vehicle and the work required, and before any work begins. Factors that can change a quote include incorrect vehicle details, aftermarket or damaged hardware, dealer-only components, and after-hours service.

Proof of ownership and identification

For your protection and ours, all key cutting, key programming, lockout, and vehicle-security work requires a valid government-issued photo ID and reasonable proof of ownership of, or authorization to access, the vehicle (such as registration, title, or insurance card). We may refuse service if ownership or authorization cannot reasonably be established.

Service area and availability

We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex within our normal mobile coverage. Service beyond that area, response times, and same-day availability are not guaranteed and may vary with demand, weather, and traffic. Quoted arrival windows are estimates, not promises.

Appointments and cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as early as possible. If a technician is dispatched and the service cannot be completed for reasons outside our control (for example, ownership cannot be verified, or the vehicle is not at the stated location), a trip fee may apply.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise in advance. We accept the payment methods stated by our team at booking or on-site.

Warranty and limitation of liability

Workmanship and parts we supply are warranted as stated on your invoice or receipt. Except as required by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
